The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff are welcoming, and they offer affordable breakfast options; the service is exceptional, with a lively music bar and a pristine pool.

You guys made my stay pleasant. Nicely decorated hotel with excellent location close to everything yet far from the noise, and the breakfast was free. The local staff were extremely helpful and very amiable. My room was brand-new with a separate bathroom.

Location: the hotel was close to the downtown area, bus station and many restaurants, and Tulum best and most modern one. The place was close to Horno Gourmet, where you can have dinner.

My stay at Ginger was amazing! The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the artwork and the refreshing pool. The free breakfasts were delicious, with scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, fruit, and juice. The location was great, with a nearby food stand and supermarket. I even had the chance to visit the sister hotel Coco Tulum and enjoyed the fine view. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Tulum.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and very clean, and the hotel provided free purified water, candy, and chips in the fridge. The location was great, close to restaurants and the bus station, yet quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and visit. The bathroom had a great shower and the hotel was just a short bike ride away from the beaches. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the area.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of Tulum and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped with local art. We enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast every morning. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Tulum City and reach our desired destinations with a short walk.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious, with a choice of menu items and a variety of fresh juices to choose from. Plus, the coffee was great!
